True Beginner I & II
For those who are new to yoga, or want to revisit the basics, and learn basic breathing exercises in pranayama and relaxation techniques.
Gentle Yoga
For those who know the basics of alignment and many of the classic yoga poses, wish to move at a slower pace, and focus more deeply on connecting breath with movement. More advanced lessons in pranayama and beginning meditation techniques are introduced.
Intermediate and BeyondA strong vinyasa flow class for those who have been practicing at least one year, have an ongoing practice of their own, and wish to continue adding more advanced asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices.
